Yoga is a wonderful tool to nurture children's spiritual potential. Children are naturally more open and receptive beings than adults, for which by offering them Yoga Practice we offer them a better way of living their life. Yoga can help to prepare them for effective learning in school as well as boost their physical and mental health waking up their fullest potential and creativity. master teacher Sharat Arora Yoga Teaching will open their way to questioning nature paving the way to their spiritual growth.
At the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre, while maintaining the depth of teaching, we make the Children Students classes fun and playful to wake up their happiness, confidence in themselves and thus enable their free flow of energy. Yoga for Kids classes are directed in a spontaneous way, enabling all tensions to be released, healing energy for good health to flow and thus opening the space for full and bright expression of their life.
No prior Yoga experience is required.

Discount for Indian and SAARC Citizens: The Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre is happy to offer a special discount on all our course fees for Indian citizens as well as citizens of other SAARC countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Afghanistan). We aim to make our courses as accessible as possible and encourage citizens of the South Asia region to study with us. The details are as follows:
- Students from Himachal Pradesh (born and brought up in HP) receive a 50% discount on all course fees.
- Students from all other states in India and from other SAARC countries receive a 20% discount on all course fees.
This discount continues to apply as you study further with us – after taking two of our 5 Day Introductory Courses, the 5 Day Course fees decrease by 200 rupees for each subsequent week. In other words, you will pay 3200 INR (20% off of 4000) for the first two 5 Day Courses, then 3000 for the third course, 2800 for the fourth, etc. until it reaches 2000.
We are currently updating our payment options on our website so that Indian citizens and citizens of other SAARC countries can book and pay for courses at the discounted price online. If you book online and are directed to pay the full price, we will refund you the difference when you arrive at the centre.
Please note that this discount is not applicable to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
