Being a vipassana meditator for more then 14 years, I discovered the Sharat Arora Yoga Method in 2014. I was struck by the clear, precise and non-violent way of exploring body and mind and experienced the benefits of it immediatly. Since then I’ve been coming back to the centre in India for longer periods of time to learn and grow in the method. In 2018 I started my own centre in Belgium, teaching purely the SharatAroraYogaMethod, hoping that more and more people will be able to learn and benefit from this wonderful technique of exploring and healing body and mind.
