Important information to the
NEW STUDENTS of Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre
All new students to the HIYC must start with either a 5-day course or 9-day immersion. They are suitable for all levels.
To apply for the 160-hour Intenisve or 320-hour TTC you must first complete either a 9-day immersion or 3 x 5-day courses or an online equivalent.
All the Yoga Courses taught by Master Sharat Arora are marked as such, the rest of the courses will be taught by teachers trained by him.
We have very limited accommodation in Dharamkot but there are plenty of options around.
Accommodation at the Himalaya Shanti Ashram – Lower Dharamshala
If you are booked onto the 160hr Intensive Yoga Course or the 320hr TTC you will need to stay with us at the Himalaya Shanti Ashram. We have a range of accommodation to suit your budget.
